What is BePoised?
BePoised provides custom-made knit and crochet apparel and accessories and is an initiative based on founder, Jami Stephens' dream of empowering and healing others."My goal for BePoised is ti be more than a brand; to be an inspiration; to be a blessing!"- Jami StephensAs a survivor of child-abuse Jami has always felt compelled to make a difference in the lives of children and adults who have suffered from abuse and its impacts. One way BePoised is achieving that goal is by raising awareness on the long-term effects of abuse and donating 50% of BePoised profits to organizations that support child-abuse victims and provide child -abuse prevention strategies.The remaining 50% of the profits are applied toward costs of furthering Jami's college educationas she pursues her B.S.W.
